Special options
You may choose between several options regarding the vehicle as well as the driver:
Wheelchair carriage
Provided that the wheelchair is foldable and you are able to take a seat in the taxi, we will be glad to carry your wheelchair in the boot and assist you. Unfortunately we can't offer you a especially modified wheelchair transport taxi at the moment.
Carriage of animals
If you have to visit the veterinary with your pet or want to take it along elsewhere, we will be glad to send you an appropriate vehicle. However, it's necessary to indicate pet carriage while ordering the taxi.
Bicycle transport
Carriage of bicycles unfortunately can't be guaranteed in general, as a fitting vehicle must be available in the first place. Our agents gladly will attempt to realize such a transport and advise you accordingly on the phone.
Vehicle type
Should you prefer a particular vehicle type or are dependent on a higher or lower entry, don't hesitate to inform our agents about your wishes. Presuming availability, we will be glad to send you an appropriate taxi.
Language skills
If available, we will be glad to send you a driver with specific language skills. Currently we can offer drivers for the following languages upon request:
